Keeping you on your feet so you don't get too comfortable. Lol! Check your sodium intake. Also always consider if you have went number 2 or not. Mine can be up 2 pounds if I haven't went. Also processed foods don't seem to pass through me near as quick. If none of the above you got me.

I did have Ramen yesterday, and I know that is loaded in sodium, so maybe I am retaining water... It's just really disheartening to eat below your calorie intake and gain weight. Bleh...

Maybe the problem is you are killing your metabolism by not eating enough. I will go find the article I read about all of that. Keep your head up!

Also I think you should go get your body fat percentage checked with calipers. Or buy calipers and try to do your own. Maybe you carry more muscle then you realize.

I agree, maybe you're not eating enough, and things like ramen noodles will just make you hold tons of water and keep you hungry.

Are you drinking enough water? The lady that runs my gym pushes drinking a whole gallon a day.

Maybe u did gain muscle i remember once going for huge daily walks, pushing my double pram up the hill and eating really healthy then finding out i put on 2kg end of the week! My friend then.said it must be muscle and i looked more toned.

I have been meaning to buy calipers for the longest time! I made so many purchases during the Holidays through Amazon that I could have just tacked them on to... it's going on the wish list now! I think I get about 24 oz of water a day... I have no idea if that is enough or not...

i think the general rule is roughly 8 glasses a day and it depends on how much u sweat, work and excercise. i have a bodyfat/muscle/hydration scales but not sure how accurate they are...are cslipers expensive?

Nah calipers are cheaper then buying a good scale. Also I was always told to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. So you should be drinking at least 50. Plus add some more if you drink caffeine or exercise. Both dehydrate you. I drink at least 100 ounces a day. Lol
