Hehe difficult weaning off from the festivities food if you have leftover chocs, pannettone, mince pies and fruit cake in the house! I will have to hide what is left if it is not consumed by Sunday for sure cos i will eat the lot off! At least did not go up today!
136.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm with you! I try not to keep tempting treats in the house. That way, in late night moments of weakness, I can't succumb. One of the many benefits of living 30 miles from town is that you can't just call to order pizza or pop down to the corner to pick up some high calorie treat. Your calories in vs calories out look great. If you keep up a 1,600 calorie deficit, you'll make your goal in no time!

Thanks for the tip! never looked at it that way! Today first time I hit 75grm suggested protein intake for me... and i did it just by looking at your logged food diary!

I took a ton of the leftover treats to my office and left them in the coffee areas with a note: "Free to good home". It got the calories out of my house, and made my coworkers happy. :)
