i don't feel like i'm overeating at all, not sure why i'm not seeing more weight-loss. i've been doing 30-day shred and haven't seen AMAZING results. i'm not crazy strong and don't have a six-pack (like she mentions in level 3). feeling a little frustrated :(
175.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Each person is different, depending on you body type and genetics, some people see a big difference right away and others don't. The more fat you lose, the more you are able to see the muscle under the fat. Are you measuring yourself (twice a month is good)? Are you doing cardio along with the shred? Are you writing everything you eat down? (It's really easy to go over and think we are eating less than we think we are). Are you doing the shred every day or a few times a week? You have to have realistic expectations. If you are doing every thing right, you will see results. It takes time so have patience. Good luck!

I was doing the shred 5x a week, no extra cardio. I gave up on it and tried one of my cardio dvds the other day, I could barely make it through!! I think I'm to switch back to the transfirmer, that helped me lose 35lbs 2 years ago. I have tried to log my food on the daily plate (better food database, sorry!) but I'm not consistent with it. I've lost about 30lbs in the last year, so I'm proud of that. I guess i just had higher hopes for the amazingly popular 'shred' dvd. Thanks for the advice!!
