"AROUND THE WORLD" (in 42 Days)
not so great last night, 2 hours walking around target... does that count? Smile

my goal is to work out at the gym and then do some weight training at home after. i've been doing 20min on the elliptical and thats it. i think if i incorporate the firm's sculpting stick into my routine as soon as i get home, it will help speed up my results.

I don't know about the limits to fat servings per day, but I will say that I ate a lot of avocados on the way down.

AM workout
fallingoff wrote:
I get up to work out at 5:30am most mornings which still isn't easy but it's worth it. I started by waking up 5 min earlier one week and then another 5 minutes the next until I was able to get up early enough to work out for at least 30 min. In fact, I should be getting up at 5:15am but vacation threw me off.

Another tip I read on some website is to slowly train yourself to just get out of bed when the alarm goes off. If you give yourself even a few seconds to talk yourself out of getting up, you'll fall right back to sleep. Hope this helps!

this is something i do daily. my alarm goes off at 6:30 am and i starting hitting the snooze button. the cats are of course bugging me for food, but we usually just lock them out of the bedroom and go back to snoozing. i think the 'just get out of bed when the alarm goes off' method would really help. the 1.5 hours of 'snoozing' isn't really quality sleep anyway and i end up getting to work late!!
