I did ok yesterday, I ate quite a bit more than I should have but I was hungary. After all that I ate I got on the scale this morning and I did manage to lose weight. I am completely shocked. I guess eating a lot of whole grain can do that for you. I still haven't overcome my smoking, I still have the urge but hopefully by monday when I come back to work the urge will be gone. Wish me luck.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

so? I was sure you would be ok!!! whole grain ask more energy to your body to digest them, and they release their energy longer. that make the big difference with "white grain". you will have the urge of smocking in the next daysm mabe weeks. that's your will and the strenght of your mind that will make you resist the temptation. (I'm not sure it's good english what I just said!!) and don't forget, if you need to talk, I'm here!
