I did great yesterday until I got to dinner. I ate whole grain spaghetti noodles but I ate 8oz of noodles and a cup of sauce. I didn't realize that the noodles had so many carbs and calories in them. I did lose a little bit of weight though, so all is not lost. I am hoping to be back on track by the end of the weekend.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I,m sure it's not gonna make you gain weight, if it's just once in a while and anyway you burn more calories than your intake! don't worry! take care...
