It's getting away from me again. The holidays are tough to keep on track!! Would like to try to get refocused and stay task this year ~ and would like to reach my goal in 2014!! [/size][/size]
139.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
