WOW. Talk about starting right, again! Honestly there are no words to describe how happy I am right now. I can't believe I lost that much in a week. I know it's the first week and you're supposed to lose a lot, but still. Every pound counts. (:
213.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
