As long as I show a loss I'm happy. Almost 2 pounds is not bad. If I stay between 1-3 pounds a week I have a better chance of keeping the weight off this time. I just have to implement a walking plan now to get things really going again.
252.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Not bad is right! That's fantastic! WTG, Tim! I agree, waking and working out really help a lot. I notice my biggest weight losses when I'm consistently working out. Keep cranking! You've got this.
