Good Morning! It is a cloudy day in North Idaho but not too cold. Maybe 30 degrees. It is hard to believe that I have been eating well for over two months. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I need to keep faithful to using the journal to write down what I eat. If you write it down you can not live in denial. Honesty is the best policy. Have a GREAT Saturday.
222.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
