Struggling a little bit - have been fluctuating up and down 3 lbs for about a month. Need to refocus on calorie and carb intake, exercise has been good lately.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
