OMG! I was shocked at the scale this morning. I think it lies. I've lost 8 lbs in my first week! I weighed 3 times and got the same results each time. I kept walking away and even moved the scales but it still had the same numbers. I know it's just water weight but it gives me such a feeling of accomplishment. I was shooting for atleast 2 lbs but I'll take 8. This first week of my new life hasn't been bad at all. I realize I won't always have such good results but I proved to myself that it's doable.
302.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 127.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
