Lost a little. 2P treadmill 90 minutes, 5.4 miles. Feeling good.

Good day. Happy. Ate well. Did a lot.
163.1 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
