Did the arms and shoulders P90X video today. I felt like I did a good job, but I can definitely tell I'm weaker than I was a year ago. I used a measly 15 lbs weight for most exercises. I need to get some 20's and 25's so I can do less reps and more weight.

I did much better on Ab Ripper X today than I normally do, but I'm starting to hate it more and more.

On the plus side, working out for an hour each morning really isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It's still a struggle to get out of bet at 6AM but once I get going I feel great.

19.0% BF
188.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
