Hi!
I did well for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed foods I normally don't: potato filling, corn, pumpkin roll. Surprisingly, I was able to omit the gravy!
Still trying to make exercise habit, but I know I can do this!
20 pounds to goal.

159.0 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Way to go! Find something you really like to do and try that for exercise.

Great job on your diet. Try chosing four high energy songs that you like and dance to them daily. This is a great way to get in some exercise.
