One pound! Oh boy, just when I thought I was at 163. Ah well, I guess even healthy tuna casserole is still tuna casserole. Dare I say it was worth it?
165.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
