CAl 1,343 Carb 22 Protein 111 Fat 93

Lost one pound. Was less hungry yesterday. Hope that more protein, less fat, will work better.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

It's the fat that makes you feel full longer. Good fat is preferred, like - Coconut Oil - Olive Oil - Olives - Avocados - Salmon - Tuna - Sardines - Mackerel - Trout - Halibut - Duck No idea what you're eating since you're not keeping track in the food diary. Does make it rather difficult to help.

Not that protein WONT make you feel full, it will. But be careful eating too much protein on a low-carb diet. You might want to read more about the dangers of eating too much protein when eating low-carb. Just a suggestion.

I love fat and eat butter like cheese. Problem is for me that fat isn't enought to help me feel full. I tried high fat with 60-70 grams of protein, and that number is just too low for me. So I'm trying to lower my fat so I can up my protein. Not sure how that will go on the scale, but certainly I'm happier.
