Bought a scale today.. weighed twice and it gave the same reading both times. Possibly have a walking companion. Lois, my landlady's daughter, said she would like to start walking herself. She's supposed to call me later so we can set up a schedule.
I, also, bought a pedometer thingy.
309.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 134.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
