A pound lost is better than none at all, especially considering the huge amount of rubbish I ate this week!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Definitely. Just have to remember this when you eat 'perfect' for a week and gain or don't lose. Never makes sense :-)
