I got pretty serious about losing weight after Arturo really saw what I've been hiding from him for so long. For 3 days now I've gone to the gym & been making better food choices. I was rewarded today with a 1.8 pound loss, and I'm thrilled. Thanksgiving is in 1 week & I truly believe I will get back to 185 in time for my celebratory feast.
On a seperate note, I find my patience with drama & losers wearing thin. Not in a cranky way, but a sarcastic & impatient semi-confrontational way, and I like it! No more sugar coating, metaphorically or literally.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
