finally at the "18-" I needa not get distracted with all the yummy treats , or snacking, no pizza no ice cream no nada, this calorie counter is just showing me all the things I really need to stay away from...
189.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
