It's been a good week, and I love it when the scale rewards the effort. Now I hope to keep it going!
238.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey, me too. Maybe I shall put in 238.5 also since I found it hard to tell exactly whether it was 238 or 238.5 I had decided to put in 238 before I saw your post not realizing you can put in 1/2 numbers. Better safe than sorry. Wish I was rich enough to buy one of those stand up doctor scales with the metal weights you move. My gut tells me they are more accurate. Maybe I should buy myself a second, newer, digital scale with huge numbers and weigh myself on both :-) I am giddy with joy. Four weeks that needle didn't move. I read something that said it might not move for eight weeks and I wasn't sure I could last that long...Christmas is coming and I really needed the positive reinforcement of that needle moving to keep me on the straight and narrow through the holiday. Congratulations to us both.
