Great Week!! I didn't see my goal for 1 month, but I did pretty darn good. I feel the success and it makes me want to continue on my journey.
I am nervous about the next couple of weeks, because of my business trip and Thanksgiving. I won't be able to plan my food as well. I want to be able to weigh and measure, and I won't have access to a scale for 2 weeks. I just hope I don't set myself back.

When you can't plan, use portion control, eating to satisfaction and getting in plenty of activity. Even if you just maintain for a couple of weeks, that is a good thing.
