No magic..Food control + exercise regularly = Weight loss + feeling better.

This is my lowest weight in 10 years!

BTW..the threat of using the kicking boots and whip also helped. LOL
248.0 lb Lost so far: 50.7 lb.    Still to go: 71.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
