Shocked it wasn't more weight lost. I really did well with my water and exercise this week. Started incorporating weights and Ab exercises. I will try to eat more calories but still keep my carbs at 20grams or less. Tricky…. Tricky!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
