I think I figured out that my body reacts to what I did the previous week. I can eat crappy one week and have a loss, but the next week I can eat good and stay the same or even have a gain. Maybe I am full of it lol. Stay safe everyone
181.2 lb Lost so far: 56.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

maybe your body demands more calories to work efficiently and so you get better results when on higher calories.

I seem to be the same some weeks. do the right things and it's delayed reactions. do the wrong and same. delayed. it's all good man. overall picture not immediate.
