Nice to see the progress in such a short period. Not getting too excited as its about sustaining. It did feel good to put on clothes this morning as they were comfortable and not so clingy. I am anxious for the weight to impact the heaviness I feel in my knees and to feel physically good. Yesterday and today I did have a piece of Halloween candy. That desire for the 'sweet' is still there and even just a little piece seems to satisfy now but 'scary' for me.
