Well it has not been a good few weeks. Not quite sure why but I went on a binge yesterday, stressing, and knew I was not doing a good thing as this was not accomplishing anything but did not stop. Today I am working to be back on track and will get to gym today and plan to for balance of week. Did good so far relative to eating. Plan, plan, plan ... I find helps me to be on track. Goal for end of April is to be down 8-10 lbs so must track food, and exercise, exercise, exercise since this helps mind and body.
