My weight loss plan seems to have stalled. I might need to go back to calorie-counting. I certainly don't relish that idea. That's life I suppose...
186.5 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The closer to goal, the harder it can be to eek out those last pounds. Make sure you are tracking your foods honestly. Bites, licks and tastes add up quick. Drink you water. Up your protein and fiber!Play around with calories. If you don't exercise, you might want to start (or at least get active). It can really help. If you do, switch things up. Up your intensity or duration. Upping intensity can burn extra fat and calories. Switch up foods. Just some ideas to get the scale moving again. It will.

Thanks Suzi! I rode my bicycle a lot over the summer, and I'm continuing to ride outside when weather permits. I'll have to break in the stationary bike when I'm watching TV on rainy days. I think you're right, I need to mix things up and maybe also get back to the basics again.

LOL. I have heard that the only useful purpose for TV is to relieve boredom when cycling or running indoors. If only we had space for a TV and treadmill in the same room..... Dave
