So I am a bit annoyed with my inability to get a good workout at home and inside these days. I have learned one thing... if it does not happen in the morning, it does not happen at all. Today I went out for a short walk and also to pick up a few groceries and every plan went out the window. I tried to make up for it by squatting here and there LOL. But that just does not make up far a good 40 minute workout... which is what I should have done.... Tomorrow...

I know what I have to do. Just get going and do it. Hopefully tomorrow, I can write a post and tell you all how successful I was!!!!

Today I did not eat a meal. I grazed all day. It is overall my absolute favourite way to eat. Makes me happy. But it is probably also why I got obese. But one day once in awhile I just do it.

Still super cold. By now this cold front is almost covering our whole continent. It was negative 35F when I got up. I went for a walk a bit later. Very little wind so not too bad. Going out everyday has been helpful for my mood ... even if it is just for a short walk.

So tomorrow: I lift weights. No excuses.
112.8 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm with you on the morning workouts. It won't get done if I try to put it off till later.. I too had a grazing day yesterday. So bad that my nutritionist texted me...( she has access to my food log) I told her I was just n a mood and I was just gonna go with it..her answer was, ok but just prepare yourself for conciquences..today I have a food hangover..lol. Oh well back in the saddle... Hope you are able to accomplish your goals, know it's cold and dreary..💜💜👍💪

How do you even dress for temperatures like that? And also - I've done the same thing...tried to throw in squats here and there. 😆 Better than nothing.

Gotta settle for pedaling for now. Asthma keeps me in. Out of cold air if I cough it’ll probably become asthma attack in cold. W add sting impatiently for spring!!🍀

I have done ok with workouts today guys as well as eating. DP I dress in layers. Lived here long enough to know that one needs outer garments that are several sized too big so that you can stuff clothes under them. A friend of mine who does not want to drive puts her groceries under her coat so they do not freeze on her way home. She makes me giggle. Sheila... I have asthma as well that is triggered by cold air. But now that I have lost weight and is better shape I can handle cold air so much butter. Kat I think your place sounds great even if there is moving involved LOL

Sone days it does take a little more motivation to get that workout in. Especially when it's cold!!! I laughed imagining you squatting as you do your grocery shopping.
