I'm snacking too much but I can't seem to stop eating. Today, I will try to reach for a fruit or veggie when I feel like a snack. Also, I think I need to eat more at breakfast. That is sometimes hard because I am usually getting the kids ready for school and I need to grab something easy. Or get up earlier which doesn't feel like an option. Well, I'm sure I'll figure it out.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
