I'm ready to get back on track. I don't feel as guilty as I thought I would, but I think that's only because my weight didn't change. I'm planning on getting in a good workout today, baby permitting, and I'm going to try to up my servings of fruit and veggies.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
