Never lie to yourself. I think that's great advice especially when counting calories. Yes, I ate a hotdog last night. On a bun. And I had lots of candy. But at least I didn't lie about it.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
