Had myself a little eating bing the last week of January... ate mostly starch based foods.... bing could have been a lot worse... At least it was a small loss for the month. Back to OMAD starting today.
292.9 lb Lost so far: 37.1 lb.    Still to go: 142.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
