I'm sure this isn't indicative of a hydrated weight.
I had my corporate holiday party last night and ate a lot (although intake was diminished during the day in preparation) and had about 5 drinks ver the course of 5 hours.
Won't be surprised I have a bounce back.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
