Its hard to see the numbers go back up, even by a little. But as I review my day yesterday, I know it didn't start off right. I should have eaten more for breakfast, but we unexpectedly left earlier than planned. I need to keep some healthy but portable snacks in the car to avoid becoming hungry. When that happens, I just need food, and I spend less time caring about what it is. I hope to do better today.
