Being sick for the past two weeks and being in the ER last week has not helped me lose weight at all. My weight froze during that time. I had no appetite and it seemed like even though I was barely eating anything, my body was keeping on to it all!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That can happen when you are sick. Our bodies chemistry gets messed up. Just get back on plan when you feel better and go from there.
