I've been slacking on the food recording, not doing until the day is over, which isn't helpful when I go over my calorie limit. I will begin anew tomorrow!
146.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1640 kcal Fat: 60.26g | Prot: 78.97g | Carb: 193.43g.   Breakfast: Starbucks Mocha with Almond Milk (Tall), Nabisco Belvita Chocolate Breakfast Biscuits. Lunch: Mixed Salad Greens, Gaucho Ranch Chimichurri Sauce, Chicken Breast, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten, Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner: Bacon, Chicken and Tomato Club Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread. Snacks/Other: French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Banana Bread, Sugar, Coffee, Oatly Oat Milk. more...
