Today I made my 100 pound goal! 100 pounds since I began my journey in 2009! I am so happy and so proud, enjoying life! I begin my transition into maintenance today! :)
133.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
