I'm here for you, as are all your other buddies!! Your hubby may just have a higher metabolism than you. My hubby can eat a lot!! He works hard, and he just burns it right off!! He was graced with that metabolism that burns everything, and he just doesn't gain!! The brat!!! You might want to sit down with the hubby, and tell him how you feel. Eating junk is just not good!!! Once in a while, cake or cookies or candy is ok. NOT as a treat though!! Its ok if it was made with wholesome, good ingredients, and it doesn't have a lot of preservatives and additives. I am so glad that you are going to give it another try!! If you need some help, and someone to talk to, just give me a yell!! I'll do what I can to help you!!

Thanks so much! I am celebrating your healthy choices and good living! Congrats on the weight loss! I got off to a great start this morning...and told the kids they could eat power eggs with me or fix their own breakfast....they chose to go it on their own! Hahah tough love! Feeling bette!

It's so good to hear you are off to a new start and feeling better!! Sometimes you have to let the kids make their own choices. As long as you are eating well, and eating good, nutritious food, and losing weight, you are being a role model for your kids. Once they see how it is, and that you aren't eating "diet food" but regular food, they may join you! Keep up the good work, and don't forget to log in what you eat!!! That really does help!
