I gained 3 ounces. I know it's not a lot...which is why I'm not beating myself up over it. I just got done doing Lvl 2 of the Shred. Once I was done with that, I did The Biggest Loser Boot Camp dvd. They kicked my rear end, but I know that it's worth it. I mean, how cool would it be to go down a size each month?
I'm going to be spending the night over at my in-laws house this week. My father-in-law has to be at the hospital by 5:30 Wednesday morning. My mother-in-law had her last aggressive dose of chemo this morning. Sometimes she gets sick in the evenings around the day after her treatment. She didn't want to go stay at her other son's house, so I volunteered to go stay over there. I'm not sure if her internet will be up & running because they're having the floors redone....so, everything is out of the computer room. Regardless if I can log on or not, I'm going to write down everything I eat and my exercises just in case.

Wonderful for you to be such a support to your family. Good for you for not worrying about a 3 ounce gain. You are on the path to being very healthy and feeling good about yourself!! Great plan to write down everything you eat while you are at their home. Take care!!

.3 ounces and you just weighed the other day, don't stress over that. I have actually put the scales away each week so I don't get tempted to get on them. Daily I can go up and down, even over a week. The important part is the average of going down over time, even if you have some ups and downs. Could be water weight, musle mass, etc. I am trying to focus on the inches and clothes!! I don't want to see a 4-5 pound gain in a week by no means, then I have probably done something wrong, but not moving the scales that much happens. Especially after you get into a food and exercise routine.
