I didn't have time to eat last night or this morning. So I'm feeling tired and with this flu it just makes things worse. I cheated yesterday. Ate a carrot cake cupcake. Bad. very bad.
203.9 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 203.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
