I didn't lose a pound. this really sucks. I didn't gain , but I am still breathing. I start my excerise routine this week after work. Life is stressful. I need a outlet. I just don't like mean people. I want my family members to be happy . Here we go
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
