I have been stymied by my knee injury and my resultant inability to go to my Kazaxe classes and walk as much as I should. I also have done some emotional eating because of this frustration, as well as a general 'malaise' about the sorry state of our government and the stupid 'shut down.' I am acknowledging this, and want to get past both my attitude and physical limitations, and make a new goal to be at 165 (my lowest weight yet recorded) by Christmas.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 84.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Well snap out of it girl and get back on plan. You don't need exercise to lose, but you can do upper body to help burn calories (check youtube, it might have some for free). If you can't find your motivation, use your determination. You can do this!
