SOOOOO HAPPY TO SEE I DROPPED A POUND -- VERY MOTIVATING ! TOOK LONG ENOUGH -- ABOUT A MONTH TO LOSE 3.5 LB !!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
