Have been wanting to indulge really bad this week in high carb foods...mac n cheese, pots, chili, pancakes, ice cream etc. Thank goodness will power won bringing me back into reality....eat those and all the hard work is wasted! Choices, choices and more choices...one good one at a time makes for a happy ending.
