Not my best day yesterday but it is what it is. Scale is not letting me down. Tells me how it is. Ready to see this year go.

I worked on what to improve and decided I will curb my snacking and I increase plain water. So that has been on my agenda today. Gave my airfryer a go with chicken drumsticks today and those very well fried green beans that can be dipped in ketchup. Very good.

A couple of days ago me and mini me went for a long walk. It was cold so we got rosy cheeks. Very enjoyable.

112.8 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
