Well that indeed is something! Since beginning in March I have lost 19.6% of my body weight, how neat is that! I found a percentage of weight loss calculator online lol. Math was never my strong suit! I never thought I would see the 220's, it has been a long time coming. I shall celebrate by going to the gym today lol. When I hit the 40's I liked it so much I stayed there for like a month and a half, did the same with the thirties. I do NOT intend to do that with the 20's. My intent is to fly through the twenties likes it's a beat up town full of gangs and drug lords. Mid-twenties next week, here I come.

Today is my baby brother's 24th birthday. I called him last night at midnight wish him a happy birthday lol. I am baking him a cake today, although he probably wont be home to see it when I go over this evening. From what I understand he has a full night of partying planned. I don't know when that boy is going to stop breaking my heart, but I've decided that I'm not going to stop doing what I do. My brother and I have been through hell and back together and alone for a lot of the time. He has a bad drug problem, but I'm determined to never give up on him. We couldn't be closer if we were twins. It's been a rough road, but I'm hoping that today will be a happy day.

Yo, Congrats on your 20% body weight loss... That same calculator tells me i've lost almost 10% since after Christmas last year, but also says I'm "Obese" due to my BMI(31). OMG, if I'm "Obese", there are a LOT over REALLY "Obese" people in the world! :-/ Anyway... Enjoy your workout, and have a NICE day with your Bro for his B-Day! :)

Thank you Mike! The calculator also tells me I'm obese, but I don't listen to that negativity. I'm very selective in what I choose to allow into my reality lol. Oh, and the term they use for people beyond obese is "morbidly obese". Doesn't that sound horrendous?! That would send me off a bridge for sure! Anywho, I'm going to give it my best. Enjoy your day as well!!
