Stressing and anxiety over-eating again. We got new restrictions and visits are now not happening for Christmas so it will be a very reduced affair. Made me sad. But worked on perspective and think I have it under control again.
111.2 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We have a very long way to go— just don’t get complacent. Wear your mask, wash your hands and maintain physical distancing. For those who live in areas where you can still get outside, do so. It is so crucial for your mental health. My daughter who works in a hospital in Texas just got her first Covid shot. I will follow up if there is anything significant to report.

I did not know you had a daughter Kenna. Happy to hear about she got a shot. It is so great to hear about health care workers and elderly getting vaccinated. Yeah you are right... We need to still plan for the long haul.

You’re doing great, liv! Everyone is stressed. I’m up on the scale too but not because of my regimen. I always gain a seasonal 5-10 lbs when cold weather arrives. Probably related to activity related to the time of year. I’m using my chaffle iron for the first time this weekend, thanks to YOU! 🙂

I'm a stress eater too. Making lots of holiday cookies and making sure each batch tastes fine. Upped my weight a few pounds. But I know there's water weight and undigested food weight. My 186.4# was probably when I was empty. Don't fret over it. Let's sweat over it and get back on track after holidays. We can't help care for others if we don't take care of ourselves.

You are doing great. You have got the maintenance down pat. Five pounds either way is easy to remedy. Now my usual 30 winter isn't! Lol. Gotta love the packed holidays and birthdays!
