The Virgin Diet is getting a little easier, although I still find myself opting for a shake so I don't have to think what to put on a plate. Started September 1st at 158.2 and now 151.4. Weight loss seems to be steady. Of course, realizing now' I am going to be on vacation before this is completed has me a bit worried. I so much want to get out of the 150's!
